I have no idea why they shipped the 2nd 3 month supply only a couple of weeks after the 1st. The 1st order email included a UPS link to track and I did not notice there was not a Letter in the tracking and called you in a panic. It did arrive on time USPS as it took a manager to tell me that it had been sent USPS and not UPS. Then at Christmas time they sent the 2nd 3 month supply!!!!

My products arrived quickly and were packed well. I love getting my heavy dogfood bags delivered to my door! My dog loves his Purevita dogfood and their joint treats. He's 15 and can get up and down well!

Please be aware of this company! I canceled by Auto-ship a year ago, but have been getting charged without any email communication from the company about the continued shipments. I called today to try and get refunded as the shipments have been going to an address that I no longer live at - again no communication whatsoever from PetFlow. They told me I had to take it up with my bank because they were unable to reimburse me. This feels very scammy and now I am out hundreds of dollars. Highly suggest looking elsewhere for your pet food!

I have auto ship for my dogs' food. They are excellent. Always on time, have flexibility to change the ship date if I must, and they have the best price. I wouldn't hesitate to us them.. It's so much easier then going to the local pet store and lugging food home.
