Always accommodating

I am a repeat customer. My first experience was great other than my preferred brand (Fromm’s) is excluded from any of the coupons/discounts offered by the company. Unfortunately, my 2nd order included damaged items. There were several cans in my 2 cases of canned food that were crushed. I was able to use most of them (although opening them was quite difficult) and only had to dispose of 3 cans. The bag of kibble was not damaged.

I was looking for a product that I have had difficulty finding in stock but according to PetFlow, they had it. After 6 days I emailed them as I didn’t have shipping confirmation yet and wanted to make sure there wasn’t an issue since if there was I needed to find another company who still had the food. They responded to me quickly and told me there was no issue and the order was at the warehouse and would be shipped out in the next day or two. Finally 8 days after my initial order, I was told they didn’t have the product and wouldn’t be charged. I appreciated their quick response but didn’t like being left to scramble after being told it was all set.

We were having a hard time finding our preferred treats for our dogs in our local retailer, so found you folks on line and got them! Very happy.

They were able to resolve billing issues with one phone call. Thank you! The 6" bully sticks are perfect to keep my pup busy for at least an hour.
