Hasn't Really Paid Off...
We were unaware of the 90 day requirement and submitted our puppy's claims when he was finished with his immunizations all at once. Of course, we weren't reimbursed for any of it. What's worse- we DID submit a claim within the 90 day time-frame later and the company denied it, claiming that they didn't "receive it" until the 91st day. We've not been reimbursed for anything.

Brianna and John, I am sorry you aren't satisfied with your experience. Unfortunately, we do have to receive claims (or they must be postmarked) within 90 days of the date of service, which is noted on the claim form. Our goal is to pay as many claims as possible, as long as they are within the terms of the policy. Here is a link to our website, which details how to file a claim - hopefully this will make it easier - https://www.petfirst.com/About-Pet-Insurance/How-To-File-A-Claim.aspx. We also have the ability for you to file your claim electronically through our MyPETS portal now, so all you have to do is upload the image or file of your itemized invoice and medical records. We hope this helps make the claim process easier for your next claim. Sincerely, Chelsea M. Digital Marketing Manager
