The product I ordered, a grooming stool, arrived in a timely manner and it’s helped so much with my grooming! No more standing at the grooming table!

Thank you, we are very glad to hear the product makes grooming easier!

I have had trouble ordering online for several months, I always seem to have to put in a new password, I always have to end up calling customer service. Everything is always backordered and shipping takes forever. My holiday bandanas came in at the end of January when they were promised in the beginning of December. I canceled them online and they still were delivered. I have had to use Amazon frequently.

Thank you for your comments Joan, we'll take a look and see if we can understand the problems you had, this is very helpful.

Product was great, no issues (tweezers) but the shipping cost is tremoudsly expensive for small items. It cost me more to ship it standard mail then the actual item itself.

Thank you, we really do appreciate the feedback. We're looking for ways to make shipping easier and less expensive!
Janet
This company is straight forward and honest so if there is a wait time, they won't beg you to buy anyways so they give it to you up front, sure, I had to wait for my blades but I received them in plenty of time.

Thank you Janet, we appreciate great customers like you!
Matt
Products were good and delivered on time. The relentless emailing EVERY FREAKING DAY is obnoxious and out of control.

Dianne Spessard Boxer Rescue and Adoption, I.
The Slumber Pet double sided sherpa crate mats (ZA427) are fantastic for our rescue. The large size fits our 42" crates beautifully. The rescue Boxers, who aren't destructive, get two of them in their crates and love curling up in cozy comfort. What I love about them is that they are so easy to take care of. They are easily washed, can be bleached and machine dried. The few dogs that would rip and shred don't get the pleasure of these mats!
