Every time I purchase clipper blades from Pet Edge there is a problem with the 5 blade. I say I'm not going to purchase from them again, then there is a sale and I get burnt again. Not worth the effort to return

I bought 3 times and has been great, the products are right as I asked and delivery time always on time, congratulations!!

I deal with PetEdge for the most part because there are no other pet vendors to deal with that I have found on the East Coast. Their prices are not always the best...I have found the same products for less on Amazon. I have also ordered from Amazon just so I don't have to deal with Pet Edge. Their customer service isn't the best as their phone operators have been found to be short and curt, and unable to answer questions. Products that I have attempted to order on numerous occasions are "out of stock". When products are available and I do order...I receive them in about 2 to 3 weeks. One order was destroyed in transit by UPS...it was sent back to the company....after 5 weeks of calling and emailing...I finally got the information about the order being destroyed and was asked "did I want a duplicate order sent" ...after my credit card had been billed and I had paid the invoice. FINALLY received it 3 months later....So I repeat not the biggest fan, but due to limited choices....I now order for my business 2 to 3 months in advance...then by the time we need the products...they hopefully have arrived.

Good choices

I ordered a grooming table and arm from PetEdge. It came in the time promised and it is a really great product.
