Selection and prices are great, but the website is very frustrating and sometimes you just need to call in your order. It can be slow and going to check out in your cart gets hung up frequently. It is also not very flexible in terms of buying for multiple locations with different cards.

We called about these products and the associate who answered could not answer any of our questions and seemed very uninformed. Also when we ordered we received communication that we would be notified about shipping from the freight company however the item just showed up. There was no way to know what we would be charged for shipping. For that reason we might not place an order again because the shipping does factor into the price. That needs to be improved.
