I’ve placed orders that are on back order and didn’t get a notification that they’re not gonna carry de article any more ☹️I placed an order where the article doesn’t arrive they don’t charge it but neither do they say is gonna arrive later on or anything

The only thing I had a problem with was the website when I was about to purchase my item with my card it was confusing and frustrating but other then that I Love my item and it came super Fast thank u

Products took over a week to arrive. Bought 3 bowls advertised for long eared dogs specifically mentioned cocker spaniel in the description. When arrived they were too wide and their ears would dip into the water. The online picture made the bowl appear taller and more narrow at the top. When we called to return them, they would not allow any allowance to offset return shipping which was going to cost as much as the product itself. Plus when you have to return anything you have to request an RA number and you have to wait over 24 hours for them to call you back. Will never order from them again!!!

Products are a great price and for the description. Delivery was a bit slow.

I have been ordering various grooming and other dog supplies for years. I usually order by phone, and have found the agents unfalingly helpful and friendly. Service and delivery has always been efficient and prompt. Recently, I have made some orders on line after office hours. This has been just as efficient. Delivery time estimates have been accurate.
