I have purchased most of my grooming supplies via PetEdge for years for both my personal show cats and my cat hospital. I have always been pleased with the availability of the items that I've needed and the accuracy of my orders. Since I retired my cattery I have fewer items to purchase. I would shop more often if the free shipping minimum were a bit lower. I generally hold off until I have enough to meet the minimum required purchase for free shipping which is not always convenient.

Love most of the products. Many of the Top Paw products, particularly grooming products like tables and dryers are substandard cheap products. I stay away from that stuff. Some things I have to order from Ryan's because Petedge simply doesn't carry them. Like the grooming noises with the clasp that is thumb operated and opens up rather than a sliding post. Also some replacement parts for clippers are not available and I have to go elsewhere. My biggest gripe is shipping. I have an order due today that's Beena week getting to me. We try to stock all supplies in our shop so we don't run out of anything but when that happens we can't wait a week to get a bottle of ear powder. I was bragging to my wife about how much quicker Petedge shipping was over Ryan's and this order took every bit as long as one from Ryan's. Not sure if the warehouse has moved or what. I don't remember it taking so long previously. We are on the east coast and it looks like you would have a warehouse somewhere closer than Nevada for those of us on the east coast. I may be looking at other options aside from Petedge and Ryan's, at least for the items we need in a hurry. I swear I remember getting orders much faster in the past.

A lot of times the items I want are out of stock and occasionally I will get blades and scissors that are not sharp so I don’t shop here as often as I used to.
