I have been ordering from Pet Edge for at last 20 years. When I call to place an order the staff has been pleasant and answered any questions I may have. Pet Edge is the first catalogue I give others with dogs. Years ago several of us at the office would all place an order together to save on shipping and when the Pet Edge order arrived we were like little kids at Christmas! Pet Edge is my first go-to company for ordering Greenies Pill Pockets...I love these so much I give them out to everyone; folks who just adopted a shelter dog, my dog training students, handymen, repairmen - anyone who is helping me at home fixing something. The four items I ordered were delivered as promised and on the date promised. I'll be using some of them later this month. Many of my friends already have these solar blankets so I know they work.

Great service, the only complaint I have is that when there was an issue with my order it when to review. The order just disappeared. I had no idea if it had gone through or what had happened until someone e-mailed me 1 1/2 weeks later. The person who e-mailed was extremely helpful and did a great job.
