In the middle of the COVID-19 crisis, PetEdge took our order and had it delivered within a very few days. The items we received were exactly what we ordered. We were very happy with the quality of the gear.

I had a hard time putting in an order on line so I called in and the lady was very helpful getting in my order. She was very friendly and patient.

My online shopping with PetEdge was great. The prices are good, there are sales, discounted items, and free shipping options. You really get what you see and the value for the money/items are exceptional. The modular cages, I ordered met my expectations. They are huge, roomy, and well made. My puppy playpen is beautiful. I was able to put everything together by myself, with the instructions provided. My order arrived as indicated.

36" high table was recommended by customerservice, ordered, dgtr noticed length not height 36". I phoned, kid said "they are packing it now" I said "Phone them and cancel order, wrg size!" He said can't phone, only email! Good grief! Can't cancel even tho NOT left premises. Arrival here, took to UPS to return : $90 !!!! (Already paid $30)! Gave to Goodwill !!! Ordered right size from Amazon. Poor service your company! And don't phone me! Never want to hear from you again!
