I’m still waiting for the rest of my order. I was told it was on backorder until the 8th of April. It’s now the 11th of April and I have yet to receive any further information on this. I had to initiate correspondence to even find out it was on back order.

Hi Jennifer, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. A member of our customer support team will be in touch.

The clipper is fantastic! It’s well-made and comes in a nice carrying case. It arrived in no time. Everything we’ve ever ordered from pet edge has been high quality and arrived in a short amount of time.

My order came very quickly and the containers were nicely wrapped in bubble wrap so they wouldn't get damaged in shipping. I have yet to try the cleaner, but the ordering process was very quick and easy.
