I love PetEdge. I have been shopping with them for 18 years. I have never been disappointed by the products I have ordered.

Ordering, shipping, and finally receiving the item was a breeze. The following is not your fault, but the manufactures instruction on how to assemble this item (Wahl KM10) was atrociously bad and totally meaningless.

My scissor (2) that I ordered came in a soft envelope with no protection, both scissors were out of their soft protection case and loose in the bag. when you pay that price $$ for a precision scissor you expect the item would be sent in a package to protect them. I am So disappointed with shipping I will not purchase from this company again, very unprofessional and a total disregard of why I purchased high quality scissor and thinning shears. I have not used the scissor yet, I am hoping they are not bent or out-of-line.
