I placed an order and since it was such a large amount the bank needed authorization to approve the charges. Instead of giving me a call my order was simply canceled and I found out via email the next day. Instead of being able to just use another card I had to place a completely separate order and some of the items I needed were out of stock at that point and I could not get them

I have used PetEdge for years. Never had a problem. Always helpful and courteous. A trusted company. Thank you.

I was so excited to place this order and get my new groomer started. The system put two massive holds on my bank account for over the amount I ordered. Every time I called no one would believe me so they hung up on me or just sent me to the survey so of course I selected poor service. Then I finally got someone to believe me and was able to email them proof and be had to talk to the accounting department directly. I went a week broke and couldn't get my son his meds because the system overcharged me and everyone was rude. I was planning on purchasing brand new tables for the salon through petedge but never again. This was the worst experience ever. My salon will not use petedge ever again.

The last three orders I have placed it shows like everything is in stock. Then low and behold more than half ends up being back ordered. The most recent order were things needed to go home with puppies. The order stated all would ship on the same day, with plenty of time before puppies went to their new homes. The order was then split into 3 parts a few days later and the majority was back ordered past when the litter was going home. The order prior to this one I never did get the back ordered items. While I like the products they carry, I need more reliable service.

Order was not shipped in a timely manner. Still waiting for one item not due to arrive until 9/25

Summing it up: Good Tub, bad information on the website, and customer service didn't know what was needed for installation. I ordered the Master Equipment Tub from Pet Edge, it's a great tub and just what I wanted. When the $1,699.00 48" 14 gauge stainless steel tub arrived it did not include the faucet, sprayer, or other pieces necessary to connect the tub for use. The website description didn't mention the pieces were not included. Now I'm out $300-500 dollars for the faucet and sprayer before I contact a plumber to install the tub. Super disappointing especially when I called Pet Edge to ask what else I needed to order and the Customer Service rep says just the sprayer.

ME Grooming Table and accessory poorly packaged and packaging abused by warehouse or by UPS. Very bad communication with and by customer support and 800 number reps.
