The products I ordered are great, my problem is with the service. The fact that things are back ordered is quite difficult to work with. Add to it the change in back order dates and the inflexibility of customer service, I ended up refusing the larger part of my order when it finally came. They refused to compromise on sending out the smaller portion because it was too small even though the issue was due to a change in their back order, their fault not mine. I will not likely order from here again, nor will I refer my clients. Especially in troubled times, one must learn to be a bit more adjustable and helpful if you want to keep a good business practice. No matter how small or how big of a company you are, loyal customers are always your most valuable.

The first time i tried to place my order i gave my credit card info was put on hold and disconnected....not sure if my order was completed after credit card info was given...called back put on hold and disconnected again....then talked to a representative who said she would look into it and give me a call back...no such luck... so i called back a few days later and was told there was no order under my name and placed my order again...hoping i am not charged twice on my credit card

I had two phone calls dropped and needed to repeat when I called to make this order. I know because of Covid you may have employees working from home and I'm prepared to be patient. But when I finally got through the employee didn't seem able to tell me if things were in stock. I knew several items would be back ordered, but only got a small portion of the order with no explanation.

I did a $300 order and the following week they had a special to give back $30.00 if it was over $300.00 and they gave it to me. Very happy with Pet Edge.
