It really takes a while after you place your order. You need to place a order at least a week before you really need. I am use to placing orders and receiving it in 4-5 days.

After waiting a week for my order, I called to see where it was. I was told it hadn't been shipped yet. Why? They didn't know. I requested at that time that an invoice be placed inside the box when it did ship so I had receipts for my tax preparer. The girl told me that couldn't be done because of Covid. That is unacceptable. I requested it be sent to my text. It was, and when my shippment did arrive, there was an invoice included. ?? When looking through my shippment, I received Whal #15 blades. I ordered #30 blades. So I have two blades that are unusable. This was a terrible transaction, and I will be ordering from another supplier from now on. I supplied my entire Spa with you. no more.

I placed an order through pet edge. The order was roughly $110 for three items but they only took out about $93. I waited about a week to see if the items would be delivered or if the rest of the money would be taken out of my account. Nothing happened, so I requested that the order be canceled. A representative responded and confirmed the cancelation. Another week later, I received an invoice for only one of the three products I had originally ordered. I responded to the representative who sent the invoice and explained that I had canceled this order and to please not send me anything or charge me. Next thing I know, I'm charged $63 and the item was delivered shortly after. I did get refunded the original $93 but I was extremely disappointed with their service. I will not be using PetEdge again.
