Ordered a pair of top performance shears and they did not even cut! How do they send out shears that wont even cut hair!! They need to step up their game with their products. Or they will loose customers. I do have to say their customer service if wonderful though!!

I ordered my products online which was great and easy. I received them within a few days which was also great. I had a slight problem with 1 of my items ordered I contacted customer service and spoke with a very pleasant person who resolved my issue. That’s great customer service. Thank you and keep up the awesome work
