I called to get the code so I could return the $175.00 clippers I purchased and was on the phone for 23 minutes and she was not able to produce it. She refused to ask for help and said that she would email it to me. I received it and returned them 3 weeks ago and I still have NOT had the $175, credited into my account. This is very frustrating as I am a widow on a fixed income and can't afford for this to happen.

I like the products from your company but my accountant does not want me doing business with your company anymore. The way your invoices read and the way it’s taken out if the account is very confusing and the work involved in figuring it out is too time consuming. If you change the way you invoice let us know. I’ve done business with Pet Edge for three years.
