If the order had been placed through our customer service team and we had recommended the size, we would have been happy to provide a return label. In this case, since the order was placed independently, there is no damage or fault on our company. As a smaller business, we do our best to keep our prices fair while managing costs, which means we’re not always able to cover return shipping when the item is not defective or when the order was placed without our sizing assistance. Hi there, we understand the frustration with the shipping, and would love to give better shipping rates, but our shipping costs leave our smaller business with the parameters of $99 or more for free shipping. Please watch your email though because we do offer special promotions at times that are lower shipping options. We would love your feedback also on what selections/brands you're looking for.
