We are sorry to hear about the shipping, i do want to say shipping will be depending on the shipping method you pick while placing the order online, FedEx option since they do take 3-5 business days to delivered after our 24-48 hour process at the warehouse on business days. Looking at your order that was placed on 3/5/2026 this was a Thursday which it would of take the 5th and 6 of march to process and then shipped out on Monday the 9th since we are closed Saturday and Sundays but tracking shows it was shipped on 3/9/2026 and will be delivered to you on 3/12/2026. Although FedEx is one of our carriers you most definitely need to report the damage to FedEx if you have any problems getting this report taken seriously, please send any pictures or video to [email protected] so we can assist. Hi there, we do see you called in on 03/06 after your order shipped on 03/04 and we did listen to the call as well. We did review all 4 tracking # for your order. We did review all 4 tracking and do see that 3 of your 4 tracking have been delivered. Our customer service absolutely follows up with all issues and will be following up with you on this one as well.
