Ordered blade wash multiple times...always on backorder than never ships.

Thank you Natalie for this feedback. It's important in helping us improve. The 16OZ should be back in stock before the end of this month. Thank you for your patience.

Shipment came in faster than expected. Sales person on phone very pleasant, patient and helpful. Thank you. Only disapointment I have is that you no longer sell glo coat conditioning refill in 64 oz. This 16 oz. Kinda useless when you have 25 dogs a week. Better when I could by it in bulk form.

Everything I ordered arrived quickly and in good condition, aside from a large gold scuff on the side of my $150 blenders, which was pretty disappointing.
Response from PetEdgeMar 16, 2021
Georgia thank you and also sincere apologies on the damaged blender. A customer service specialist will reach out to schedule a replacement. Stay well.
