I ordered the product on line, and it was shipped promptly. However, the shipping company used, YRC, is difficult to deal with. There is no way I can contact a live person at YRC unless I wait on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes. The tracking info is not helpful; as of today, 3/19/21, YRC shows a delivery date of 3/15/21. They must be the first shipping company capable of time travel... I still have not received the pet bath, and do not have a clue as to when it will be delivered. C’mon, PetEdge, you can do better.

We are very sorry for the delivery issues with YRC. A customer service specialist will reach out today to see if we can assist with delivery. This information is very important and will be utlized to help us improve. Stay well.
