Hi there, we received your emails and we DID email you back. We have cancelled the order and blocked the account. If you have been compromised our best advice is to contact your bank or credit card company as they will cancel your account and take care of getting you setup with a new card. We understand how frustrating a card compromise can be, and we have taken care of this situation on our end. Thank you for your review.

Hi, we apologize about the inconvenience this has cause we have looked into this and it looks like USPS is taking longer than usual with their deliveries, On our part we have set you up for a new replacement going your way for the brushes and the comb set With FedEx as the new carrier please allow it 3-5 business days to be delivered or sooner we will be having this ship out today We do ask if you can please call us if you still end up receiving the other package so we can provide you with a free of charge label to have the duplicate order returned back to us. I will have someone contacting you about this information. We truly apologize and appreciate your patience and business.
