Horrible policy and horrible customer service - I placed an order $248.00 my credit card was approved - email said 3-7 days to arrive . At day 4 I was curious and opened my account to find a message that my order had been canceled almost immediately . However, I was never notified of the cancelation and was therefore patiently waiting . When I called in to speak with someone , I was informed they since it had been a while since I had ordered, I was considered a new customer and would have to mail a check to them and wait for it to clear , or mail them a money order for them to ship the item . While I think that policy is for the Stone Age , it’s the lack of communication that upsets me the most . They provided no information as to the cancelation . Had they emailed me that info immediately , I could have ordered from another company . I will never even consider port edge in the future

Hello a Tracking number has not been provided since package is still waiting to be picked up from carrier at out facility it should be shipping out today order was placed on Thursday and we take a 24-48 hours process at the warehouse on business days only before they ship out so it would of take Thursday and Friday to process and than ship out Monday since we are closed Saturday and Sundays. Once order ships out today you should be receiving that tracking information to your email. if you don't see it on your regular inbox make sure to check you Spam/Junk folder since emails will sometimes come up there.
