It took a while for you to get a partial order to me. I still have not received the rest of my order even though it said in stock online when I placed the order . When you were groomer direct I got the shipment in 2 to 3 days. Update today I got an email cancelling my order for the clipper and the blade because they said it had been 30 days since they placed the order. This is definitely not good customer service

Not only did my shear set (180$) get shipped days after it was supposed to be shipped, it arrived completely disgusting with dirty blades as if they had been sharpened by a non professional. I cleaned them and oiled them and attempted to use them (I am a professional groomer) and the shears literally are not even able to cut hair. They bend hair and the finger rests are jagged and painful almost like they were chewed on. I asked to return them and instead of being helpful I was told that I was responsible and also would only be able to return them if I paid for shipping and shipping insurance. Honestly will never ever purchase from this joke of a business again and will warn every other groomer I meet. Buy your products elsewhere.

I decided to purchase the Andis ZR115 cordless clipper for a grand total of $405.70. I completed the registration process and agreed to receive tons of email and text advertisement for 5 percent off my purchase. Big mistake. When I tried to use my promo code for the discount the link was empty. No problem, so I called customer service to explain the issue. I was promised a supervisor would credit my account after the purchase. This didn’t happen so I called after almost 2 weeks and was on the phone, mostly on hold for 39 minutes. I was again told that I would receive the discount and it has been 3 weeks. Almost $40.00 not returned. Bottom line the clipper is great, but the promo code was a rip off and the customer service has been a waste of my time. Very disappointed. I could have easily purchased the product from a dozen vendors for the same price without the discount. I will update my review if the matter is ever corrected. Update; Since my review I received a customer service response and was credited my online purchase discount. I am changing my rating to 3 stars. I would have rated a 5 star, but it took three contacts to correct the issue.
