Very disappointed in "Pet Edge" Placed an order 1-19-21. The brushes I ordered were on back order. Were suppose to be delivered on 2-10-21. No show- called them the last week of February and they rescheduled them to come out 3-10-21. Waited until the end of March, they said ok they are in now, give them 5-7 days. Waited 2 Weeks! Called them up and they said we don't ship out products until they are paid for! What... i paid for them when i aced the order."We only ship what has already been paid for". Then why did you say you were shipping them out! Twice! I don't get it. I will not be ordering from them anymore

Sometimes site works Sometimes it doesn't it is quite frustrating when your trying to make an order on the fly and can't finish because the site doesn't recognize your sign in information.

I really like this site I'll order from them again the product was here before I knew it.they are great working blades.thanks Pet Edge.

When I called customer service, the young lady helped me greatly. She was so calm, cooperative, possitive and so patient. She was able to give me an alternative. Love customer service people like her. Very caring.❤
