The prices were good, the shipping time was awesome, but the website checkout portion was a nightmare. It would let me use PayPal or transition to the next screen when checking out. I finally gave up and just used a card. Upon entering a card it automatically went through even before I hit submit. The site also would not let me change the address, whereupon the payment screen, I noticed I had hit the wrong number, so my payment address and shipping address did not match. If it was not for the website malfunction I would have rated it five stars.

Great customer service! I am a customer with 2 homes and have purchased prior to this time, however, I had difficulty with the online ordering site understanding that I was the same person but wanted the items shipped to a different address. It would not complete my order online so I called customer service and the representative assisted me in completing this order. It arrived at my requested address without a hitch! I would have preferred it if the online ordering had worked, but calling in and having your customer service rep do it was no hassle at all, and she was very pleasant and helpful!

Good products, however my order came in two separate shipments with no explanation about it being a partial order and the rest of the order would be shipped later.

They have a wide variety of grooming supplies with great prices. Shipping is fast and they have great customer service.

Everything arrived and was delivered pretty quickly, the blades were all packaged normally and there was no damage. The only reason this is 4 stars is the packaging they were sent in was pretty thin and torn, one of the blades almost fell out as I picked up the unopened package.
