Very please with customer service!! Had a Shampoo that the seam split on and the bag it came in was full of shampoo! I called and within 3 days had my new gallon of shampoo delivered to my door!!!

Items offered are good. Lots off options for groomers. I dislike the cost of shipping on certain items. During promotional shipping could be waved when you spend a certain amount however it is not on everything. I had a hard time finding the policy on this. I went to another place for items you pay shipping on and found for the same if not less priced.

Excellent Customer Service

I purchased the Oster Turbo A5 2-Speed Clipper, it is how it is advertised, really nice and quite. Shipping was very quick, clipper was double boxed and very secure in shipping. No problems at all. I do love the Oster clippers, so glad I ordered from PetEdge.
