Wonderful customer service, called twice and added something to an order that was on back order and both times they added what I needed with no problems.

Product was delivered on time, and everything ordered that we have used so far has been wonderful!

I've been using PetEdge for many years, and have always found that they consistently have good products at reasonable prices. There are several shampoos that I'll only buy from them. I always try to place at least the "minimum order" to get free shipping, and they do ship very quickly. The only thing I've found to be somewhat lacking is the fact that it can sometimes be difficult to find the items I need in stock. A recent order was placed on backorder for a month, and they cancelled my order. A day later, the item was again available, so I re-ordered and received it quickly. Sometimes my grooming shop will need products now, and I may go to another supplier, but I always come back to PetEdge.
