My customer service representative was personable, patient, helpful and took the time to ensure that my order met my needs. I had a request for my order to be shipped by a pallet and although this was not the norm, efforts were made to enable this special handling. I had given up on PetEdge a few years back as it appeared that PetEdge was folding. I just so happened to google them 10days ago, and was delighted to see that they were up and running and all my remembered product lines were all there for my choosing. So happy to be back.
