I really love all the shampoos. My order was one short on shampoo but they immediately sent another The collars I ordered were no good. They didn’t stay on because they didn’t stay tight. Now we have no collar for the dogs I’ve tried to call and just get 2 more collars and I stay on hold then it disconnects.

I called to discuss & recommendation to replace my dog's crate. (I had purchased a quality heavy duty crate which my dog was able to pull the wires off the overhead, bend several others on the sides & bent the side door.) I was concerned about his safety. He no longer appears to have his separation anxiety, but the duck tape, tie-wrap repairs still leave the crate weak with broken wires. The associate suggested that the everlasting crates were heavy-duty & she had not heard of any destruction of them to the degree of the one I had. I decided to purchase the preselect Everlasting ML dual door crate with 2 hanging bowls. Crate & bowls arrived the following day!! Easy set up! The new crate is heavier than the old one & the wires are larger diameter. I am very satisfied with the products, knowledge/advice, and service I received. Thank you 😊

Update..Customer Service reached out to assist me. Thank you Isabella The scissors that I ordered did not appear to be brand new. Will you send a pre authorization for the return replacement or credit? The other items in the order were as expected and arrived in a timely manner.
