We have reviewed your order entirely and show it was delivered to you yesterday. The order was placed on the 29th after 5pm, so it did go into the next day's business for picking and packing and was on the truck on Monday afternoon. We are sorry our delivery was not as expected. We do ask that you allow 24-48hrs for packing and shipping and then 5-7 business days to your door. A little frustrated. When your website says an item is in stock but not able to get it until late November is very frustrating. You guys used to be the bomb back in the day. For about 5 years now, trying to get products from petedge is frustrating. I order a product because I need it now. Not 8 weeks from now.
