Good products, good prices, the website was terrible. I tried using it three times and was unable to buy things. I had to call customer service and go through the tedious process of having an operator place the orders. I am not will to spend that much time to buy items for my business.

The respondent I spoke with was new and not informed about products. I now need additional items for my clippers as he could not recommend what clipper heads (blade size) to purchase.
