I placed my order on 2/27, it is now 3/2 and I still do not have an estimated delivery date nor any information provided from the UPS tracking number.
Response from PetEdgeMar 4, 2023
Hi there, we looked into your order entirely, and do show your order was picked, packed, and on the truck out the door same day 02/27. We are also showing for your area that UPS had severe weather causing a delay in your shipment! We are very sorry you were disappointed in our communication!! I do show your order is being delivered today, and we do send an email with your tracking information once shipped. We will have one of our customer service leads contact you on Monday to ensure we have all correct information for you. Thank you for letting us know of your experience, we are truly sorry! Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value your business!
