Ive always liked the convenience and selection PetEdge has offered with their online shopping. This delivery was ontime, but two 1-Gallon bottles of shampoo ozzed out of the plastic bag wrapped around each of the four-gallon bottles and the box was soaked with shampoo, quite a mess and less shampoo for grooming.

The clippers look fine, but they showed up late due to being miss shipped. Which is more UPS’s fault but this was kind of an emergency order, because someone vandalized all my clippers three days before. So the delay has made me have to lose out on much needed income.

We apologize for the delay of your product and reviewed your account entirely. It appears that our warehouse was able to ship your clippers the same day they were ordered, the delay was with our carrier UPS. We are unsure what happened at UPS for them to delay delivery and realize how frustrating that can be. Should you experience any further issues please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We appreciate you, and thank you for choosing PetEdge, we truly value your business!
