Did not honor year warranty on stand dryer. Only offered 50.00 towards replacement dryer because only 3 weeks left on warranty. Warranty specifically says 1 year replacement. VERY Disappointing!

Hi Brenda, we saw this review and quickly had a specialist contact you and I'm so glad we did!! We honor our 1-year warranties, but unfortunately it seems like this was over 5 years ago prior to Boss PetEdge purchasing the old PetEdge. We are sorry for the experience received so many years ago, and thank you for giving us another try, and note we are new Boss PetEdge took over in the early months of 2019. Thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs, we truly value your business!

I received my item damaged and contacted the company about it. I sent pictures of the damage and without having to jump through any hoops, they immediately sent me a new item which I received in a matter of days. I was so pleasantly surprised at their willingness to make things right, that doesn't happen often these days. Nice to know this company values their customers. I will shop here again and again. Thank you for doing right by me!

It was easy to navigate the website to place order. One of my items was out of stock and I was notified right away. I did not notice the out of stock icon when I was ordering. Received my shipment in two days! Excellent

When my order was confirmed over the phone, I asked about the delivery time, your agent told me it takes about 3 business days. It turns out that 2 of the 4 ordered items have to be shipped over a month later. I didn’t expect that late when I placed the orders or I would change idea. Also I stressed to her that my shop is closed every Tuesday. I asked her to deliver a note to UPS that do not make delivery on Tuesday and she said no problem. Eventually it turns out that the delivery is estimated on next Tuesday as per UPS’s notice. It may cause me trouble if the delivery is here when my shop is closed and no body receive it. I would be grateful if you could fix this for me. Thank you.

Hi there, we listened to the entire call, and you spoke with Carlmarie and she did tell you 3-7 business days for shipping She did put in the notes that you're closed on Tuesday's however, UPS does not take direction on days when they deliver packages. If you're not at your shop on Tuesday, UPS does up to 3 attempts to delivery however, our agent did put all of this in the notes as she said. Thank you for your review and thank you for choosing PetEdge for your grooming needs your business is appreciated!
