I have been using Pet Edge for my pet grooming business for probably 25 years. The service has always been beyond satisfactory. I do wish shipping could be a bit quicker, but that's quite understandable considering the demand.

Lost dog bath 56” tub
It’s been over 2 wks and I still have not received my 56” dog bath tub. A guy called me this morning and they can not find my tub. Not good

What a TERRIBLE online ordering…
What a TERRIBLE online ordering process!! Site is very complicated to use and understand. My address info had been updated with an order place months ago but I had to enter everything again. Then i got a ‘We can’t process your order. Please call customer support’ message when i clicked on ‘process order’. So I called and was helped by a very nice rep who processed my order in about 1/3rd the time I had spent trying to do it online. When I pointed out that the shed comb i had ordered showed a price reduced to $2.27 in the online order summary of my online order, she said the website still had it listed at $7.99 and the reduced price was probably a problem on the order algorithm. She also said many other customers have complained about the website but no changes have resulted. Management needs to clean up its act and fix these problems. They don’t seem to realize customer time results in customers taking their business elsewhere. Definitely order by phone unless you enjoy frustration and having your time wasted!! Boo hiss!!!

Great pet toys
Great pet toys. We give the cat lasers and other play toys with our new kitten kits. The prices are good and make a great "value added" gift as we discuss the importance of exercise and engaging with your new kitten.
