I made sure the items I was ordering was not on backorder, but then I received and email stating they were and were to be shipped out months after the order. I was never contacted and had to reach out myself and order different products.

Hi there, we apologize for any inconvenience however, we checked our stock and the Lavender TP256 had been out of stock since 05/31/2023 and just came back into stock 08/14/2023 and is still in stock currently, but we see you cancelled the Lavender and order the Fresh Scent. I've checked with our Marketing Dept. to ensure that our website showed out of stock as well. The grooming arm was also out of stock since 06/28/2023 and just came back into stock on 08/28/2023. Your grooming has shipped and will be to your door shortly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
