Shipping was way too slow. I could have ordered the same item on Amazon and got it shipped overnight. I went with Petedge because Amazon didn't have the item in the color I wanted, and Petedge was offering a really good freebie with it. But I was really hoping to have the item much sooner. I work a busy job and when my tools fail, I need replacements ASAP. Customer support was helpful in dealing with the issue and explaining things to me, which was nice, but from now on I think I'll just order grooming supplies from Amazon.

Hi there, we do understand your frustration, and appreciate your feedback. The good news is your item is due to arrive on this Saturday 03/02/2024. We understand we are not as fast as Amazon, but we are a much smaller business and do appreciate you giving us the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we do appreciate your business!
