Offered the lowest prices on the clippers I wanted and offered free FedEx shipping over $100. That's a win in my book.

I am disappointed in the cutting ability of the unit I purchased. My $35 personal trimmer actually cuts better, with less strokes. The scissors that purchased is very good

I placed an order on May 20. Paid for the order. Paid for expedited shipping. Have yet to receive my order. Received an email that they tried to deliver it after we had closed for the evening Memorial weekend. We reopened today. Still don't have my order. Email said it would be delivered on the next business day. Still waiting.

Hi there, we have reviewed your order entirely and see that you chose USPS Priority Mail however, that is not an expedited delivery service and if you view the USPS website it will say generally 1,2-, and 3-day delivery, but is not guaranteed. We are very sorry for the misunderstanding of the service. The order was picked and packed and on the truck on 05/20/2024 and the USPS did attempt delivery on 05/24/2024 unfortunately, the business was closed. Please contact your local post office and give them your tracking # as they have the package, and should have re attempted delivery on 05/28, 05/29, and certainly today. We are going to have a customer service specialist contact you regarding this issue. Thank you for choosing PetEdge we will be in touch with you today.
