Your ads all say that orders over $100.00 will receive free shipping, however you charged me over $30.00 even though my order was well over $100.00. And then, my bank statement reads $145.00 subtracted, and another transaction withdrawing an additional $16.00 but I have no idea what for?

Hi there, we reviewed your order entirely and see the Master Equipment table you ordered qualifies for shipping after products of $2,000 or more. It does show that on the website and in the catalog, we apologize for any confusion: Item qualifies for Free Shipping on orders of $2,000+ of qualifying Master Equipment and ProSelect-branded equipment. Regarding your two different withdraws, we are only able to charge you when items ship and your items are coming out of two different warehouses 2 of the items are coming from our Reno warehouse, and the other item is coming from our Illinois warehouse hence the separate charges. They do equal the same amount that you had expected to pay, but we hope that explains the two charges. Please call us 800-738-3343. When I went to check out, I was advised the purchase qualified for free shipping. Even clicked the free shipping option, and went to payment. Since I am using a new credit card, I had to enter the information. When I hit place order, it said my order was changed, and I had to re-enter shipping. I went back to the order, and saw free shipping was no longer and option, though it still said I qualified for free shipping. So I pick a shipping option, and then had to re-enter the card info.
