Hi there, we show your order that was placed on 06/14 has been shipped and delivered if that's not the case please call us for a resolution. 800-738-3343. The order placed on 07/15 absolutely was delayed as our community in our biggest warehouse had a tornado and we were without power for 3 days causing us to not be able to pick, pack, or ship so your order was delayed. We are very sorry for the delay however, that order has shipped as well. Please call us if you did not receive your tracking number. We appreciate your patience, as this has been a very difficult time for our business, and our employees. Thank you for choosing PetEdge.
