I've ordered from PetEdge many times and have always been very pleased. Fast and accurate service as well as quality products. This order seemed to be taking a while to ship so I called...the customer service person said they had had a tornado and that orders were delayed. I completely understood and certainly wished them well. My items came a few days later - really great company to deal with.

Thank you so much for your understanding, the tornado impacted so many in our little town. We are happy that you received your items as quickly as possible and appreciate the well wishes. We still are fixing roofs, and trees are still down everywhere, but we are unburying :). Thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly appreciate your business! ❤️❤️🐕

Easy to find product I was looking for, price seems decent. Now I look forward to receiving it so my 14 year old arthritic dog can use it.

The website was glitchy on my laptop. The site wouldn't allow me to enter in information during checkout. I had to use my cellphone to go in an complete my order.

Ugh, that's not the experience we want for you, and we are very sorry for your experience if it's on our end. We are looking up the time of your transaction to see if anything was causing an outage but thank you for letting us know how we can improve. Thank you for choosing PetEdge.
