Your website is very frustrating
Your website is very frustrating . I was ready to give up on placing an order. Wasted so much time trying to complete the order process. Had to start from the beginning several times. After spending an hour It finally went through the entire order process to complete the order. Don't know if I want to try to order online in the future.

I tried to call customer service…
I tried to call customer service several times for help I tried messaging online and it’s 7 o’clock it said it was after hours I could not get my order to process I could not get it shipped to the correct address I had to go in and use my old address it would not let me ship it to my business address the checkout process was more than frustrating to say the least not sure I’ll be shopping there again

Website Issues
I had multiple problems with the Pet Edge website. The process of updating my account info took forever to get my new address into the system, items in my cart were impossible to update any of the quantities of or delete products out of the cart. This Was Not a pleasant experience
