Hi there, we would like to know how we can assist. We reviewed your account and the shears you received we see you didn't care for them, and we let you know to send them back, and we will exchange them for a different pair. We have not received confirmation and have emailed you several times that you had returned your shears or provided us with tracking numbers to show the shears are being returned. Please refer to your emails and please provide us with the return information so we can send your other shears to you. Thank you PetEdge.

Shipping was great but the product (Kong puppy snacks) was old and it’s best by date is this current month.
