I was having a hard time ordering on line, my email was not working right, so I called my order in. she sounded uninterested in helping. She was so quick to put an order in and dismiss me. I had to ask are you sending it to my email, it was like I was a bothersome? I haven't ordered for a while now I know why.

We are very sorry to hear this and will be listening to the call. As you can see from many reviews this is not a standard that we practice here. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we will review the issue. PetEdge
