The package took two weeks to be delivered, it was damaged and taped shut. Fortunately the contents were OK.

Hi there, we would like to be as transparent as possible, not excuse driven, however, USPS has had many issues with deliveries and taking much longer to deliver with transitions they're undergoing. You had ordered on the 20th and your order was picked, packed, and on the USPS truck on the 21st. We are sorry for the delay that you had with your order. Thank you for letting us know of your issue and thank you for choosing PetEdge we truly value you and your business!

Very expensive blades. Paid extra money to have it shipped and delivered faster only for it to sit for five extra days. I paid the additional fee right away so there was no need for it to sit that long. You didn’t deliver on time so I would like the extra money I paid for shipping back. I’m no longer interested in buying American anyway.

Hi there, our product is through Andis, and we have a required pricing through them, so we apologize for the inconvenience, but this is the Andis pricing given. We also see that you placed the order at 11:50pm on March 17th so your order did get picked and packed the next day and shipped out on the 19th. We also do see that FedEx had held your product at customers, as there were duty fees, that our company doesn't pay. We have put in a claim with FedEx on why it took until March 26th to get to your door, if the duty fees were paid right away. We will let you know our results with FedEx and thank you for your feedback. PetEdge
