My package was not sealed from the top or the bottom of the box. The wet tape used on the top did not have enough moisture on it (if any) to hold it shut. The bottom at least had some to stick. I’m surprised it made it at all. I failed to take photos. It looked like it had been sealed and reopened. It had a layer of red tape on the bottom of the box that had been cut and loose wet tape placed over that. My items arrived undamaged. There was no internal packaging to keep the items from moving around.

We bought 2 muzzles for taking our nippy dog to the vet. This brand of muzzles were recommended by our vet. They were delivered quickly and appear to be great for our needs. The only improvement I would suggest is to list some sizing guides on the website so we know which one to purchase. Just having Small, Med, Large, etc doesn't help much because every manufacturer applies different sizes to those words. We ended up buying a small and a medium since there was no guide to assist.
