PetcubeReviews of petcube.com

I was impressed at how much of the room the camera covered. Im enjoying the whole user experience of the app. You can look at Petcube cameras of adoptable pets and personal public pets. Simba loves receiving treats through the cam when I'm away!

This is a fantastic product! I love being able to watch my pet from work, talk to her, and dispense treats. It's also reassuring to be able to monitor her dog walker. The app & set up are very user friendly and in my experience, glitch free. Highly recommend this product, well worth the investment!!

Quality of the cameras is really good. The laser works really good. The treat dispenser works well. The only problem I have is the microphone option. On either end, it sounds horrible. And there’s no option to adjust the volume.

A friend highly recommended Petcube Bites and so I went for it. Really glad I did! I'd been looking for a way to keep an eye on my pet and my apartment while I'm out at work all day and this resolves both issues. I had a little trouble getting it to connect, but customer service responded within 48 hours and was very helpful... eventually I reset the Petcube and all was well. The Petcube makes a slight noise when it dispenses the treats and it was really funny watching my dog learn to relate the noise with a treat. You control the distance and height of the treat launch from an app on your phone and so I had a blast launching treats all over the place while my dog went from very confused to absolutely delighted. As of late, I've been in South Africa for work and while my dog is staying elsewhere with family I've been able to check in on my apartment from abroad which I really appreciate. Super happy to have made this purchase! Highly recommend.

I love having the ability to check in on my dog throughout the day to see what she's up to. Being able to see her little ears perk up when I call her name brightens my day. I had some issues setting up my wifi with the Petcube Bites, but it was worth the effort!

Great product... Its nice to see what our dog is doing when we are not at home and to be able to give her a treat in our absence.

Honestly, it's okay. When it works as it should - it's great. But it rarely seems to do that. I'm supposed to get notifications when my pet moves and I'd say that works probably 50% of the time. It bothers me that I can't shut off the laser completely. When I log in to the app, I can shut it off, but if I go out and come back in the laser will default to being on again. When I set the camera to "sleep" when I get home, it will still record motion (aka me walking around my apartment). This totally weirds me out so I've started to just unplug it when I'm home. Fortunately, it's quick to get back online upon plugging it back in. With all that being said, the video is clear and I'm able to easily save any clips that I want to keep. I just feel that for what I paid, it should work more consistently.

The Petcube has a sleek and unobtrusive design. The setup was easy and it really provides me with such peace of mind. Sherlock (My Frenchie) is still a puppy and has to be left alone in his play pen so it really helps for me to be able to see him, and give him treats when he's looking bored. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with a pet that they'd like to interact with while not at home.
