Product was easy to set up
Product was easy to set up. Unfortunately the video has been glitchy. Much more than expected since the product is pretty expensive. The actual product is very nice feeling and looking; however, what you get for the price for the video quality doesn't match. We wanted to love the product and give it 5 stars but the quality of the video and how glitchy it is makes it hard to do so.

Hi Elaine, My name is Anna. I am a Senior support agent at Petcube. Thank you for your feedback! I am sorry that you don't get a sufficient quality of the video on your device. However, I am sure that we can improve it with some easy steps! There are several reasons why the quality of the vide can become worse: - upload speed of your home internet that the Petcube is connected too (minimum speed we recommend is 2 Mbps). - download speed of the internet you use on your phone to connect to the device (minimum speed we recommend is 2 Mbps). - distance between the device and the router. The closer it is to the router the better signal strength will be (but also it should not be right next to the router). You can test the speed of your home internet as well as the internet you use to connect to the device at the website Speedtest.net. I also suggest switching from mobile data on your phone to Wi-Fi when possible.
