So far it’s been great. It was an easy setup. The directions were very clear and I was able to setup in minutes. The angle is a little hard to place but got it figured it out! The app is user friendly too!

Excellent Product!!! One of the best purchases I've made. My dog loves the treats & it is nice to be able to watch what he does during the day. Every time he hears the treats begin to dispense he runs to the machine. It was really easy to set up and has worked flawlessly since then. The resolution on the camera is great and it is very user friendly. I have recommended Petcube bites to all of my friends with pets & will continue to do so because it's that great.

The camera is high quality and I love seeing what my dog is up to while I’m at work. It’s also fun flinging her a couple treats every now and then. I’ve had no issues using the app—overall I’m very pleased other than the overall size of the unit. It’s a bit bulkier than I had anticipated and I’m afraid my dog will knock it down one day when she’s upset for not receiving a treat.

This is a very user friendly device and very easy to set up. My dog instantly took to it and we loved the treat function. We also like that it has night vision and two way sound. Our dog perked right up when he heard our voice and listened to us after a few tries with the treats. I could see this being a wonderful tool as I go back to work to check in on my little guy.

Received my camera very fast. Love the packaging and start-up instructions are very straightforward. The camera is nice and clear and the app is very intuitive. Also quite easy setup process, but I had difficulties connecting it to WiFi. Luckily support was very helpful, so I managed to fix this issue pretty fast. Would recommend it to all dog owners, who are scared to leave their dogs alone. I love checking on my dog wherever I want and talk to him.

When I got the Petcube Play I thought I’d use it mostly for the video camera, but I quickly found out that our cats are laser crazy! We’ve had a lot of toys in the past, but never tried lasers. I mean, they come running when they hear us connect so they can play. We’ve gotten some really hilarious videos too! They run and jump all over themselves and twist and turn in completely different directions to catch the almighty “red dot”. It’s our new favorite game… sometimes even when I’m home! I wish I’d known this “secret” before! If you’re considering the Petcube Play for your cats, give it a try! Your cats will thank you!

It’s great! I’m moving into an apartment from living with my lifelong roommates (aka parents) so I got this before we move in to train her on it. It’s so much fun! And I love checking in on her and giving her treats. The camera quality is not always the best, due to connection and cell service, but it works for what you need it for even when it’s not the best.

Petocube Bites is a smart device which allows one to monitor what your pets are doing at home while you are away, talk to them via a microphone in the device, and even give treats. We have two pets at home, a puppy and a kitten, and the device helps us monitor both, including any mischief they might be engaging in. The ability to listen in helps also detect any mischief that might not necessarily visible, like them chewing on one of your favorite pairs of shoe (we actually were able to save a pair from certain destruction thanks to the device). The device is quite sturdy, and although it was knocked over by the cat a couple of times during the last week, from a height of about 1 meter, it was survived unscathed, The biggest plus of the device is the microphone and the ability not to just observed but also to communicate with my pets while I am away. Petocube is a great toy for both the pets, and yourself. It gives you the ability to a get a glimpse of them during the stressful workday, and get of a dosage of such needed positive emotions they generate in you.
